Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–15 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders

Our advent calendar starts on December 1. To give your order the best chance of arriving before December 1, please order by November 12. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 1. Carrier volume around Thanksgiving and the holidays can add delays we can't control.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 days of purchase, email us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
